New study shows that grape seed extract kills head and neck cancer cells

Combining Fitness With Philanthropy

Fitness has now become a priority and giving back has always been one of my passions. I have decided to find creative ways to combine the two.  I will kick this off on Sunday October 16, 2011 at 0800 at Orchard Beach in the Bronx, NY when I take part in the American Cancer Society Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk.  My goal is to walk in order to fundraise to help women with this deadly disease while at the same time getting my fitness on.
